As a proud graduate of Manchester public schools, a homeowner, and new father, Gene is running for School Board At-Large to make sure every child has the opportunity to succeed. To him, that means we have to prepare our high school graduates for college, a trade or technical school, or be workforce ready right out of high school. Gene wants to see Manchester thrive as a community where people want to live and work - and the key to that is strong schools.
His parents moved to Manchester, so their children could have a better quality of life and he running to make sure his daughter, your children, and your grandchildren have even more opportunities than he did.
Gene is committed to great schools because they are vital to a thriving and vibrant community. A great school district will provide opportunities for Manchester’s children and grandchildren and helps to attract and keep businesses and residents. Our City needs pragmatic and innovative leaders to impact the direction of our public schools to ensure Manchester thrives for generations to come.
Gene has been committed to service as the Vice President of the Manchester Lions Club and as the Past Chair of the Plymouth State Alumni Board of Directors. He is working on his Master's of Public Administration from the University of New Hampshire. Gene is a nonprofit development professional who lives in Ward 2 with his wife Erin, their daughter Catherine, and their Goldendoodle Zeus.
